PLEASE READ - A CAUTION FOR THE PARTYING CROWD
Most of the folks in our building are full time residents in Breckenridge. That means they usually get up early, put in a full days work, then come home and chill out. These folks like to have a good time like everyone else, but because they live and work here they generally like a little peace and quiet.
So, if you are heading to Breck with skiing and hard partying in mind, then for your sake, you would do better to stay somewhere other then our place. If you want to ski hard and have a good time recovering for the next ski day, without getting too out of hand in your celebrating, then come on down.
