This unit is equipped for a comfortable stay. However, if you find the unit lacking in any way, please feel free to provide us with suggestions as to the improvement of the unit or an overlooked detail. Thank you for helping to keep All Seasons Condo a great mountain retreat.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $250.00 will be held until the unit has been checked out by maid service.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES: Unless otherwise agreed upon, check out time is 10:00 a.m. and you may check in anytime after 4:00 p.m.
PARKING PASS: From Dec - Mar only. (Located on bulletin board) Place in your car windshield ASAP, as non-complex visitors cars are towed. Please attach the bulletin board when you leave.
LOCATIONS OF PROVISIONS/SUPPLIES:
DUMPSTERS - located at street entrances.
GARBAGE BAGS - under kitchen sink.
CLEANING SUPPLIES -Under bathroom sink.
NAPKINS - Cabinet left of stove
TOILET TISSUE - Under sink in bathroom
EXTRA TOWELS/WASHCLOTHES - Under sink in bathroom
LAUNDRY FACILITIES - Building E, main floor, north side of building (Building E can be seen from the kitchen window).
HOT TUB - Located in Building G. (Directly in front of you as you look out the sliding glass doors.)
GAS GRILL - On porch
Breckenridge and the surrounding areas have a lot to offer. For your convenience, we have left brochures, calendars of events and local information located on the bookshelf in the family room. Help yourself to the coupons.
**Don't forget to return any rentals including videos, skis, ski boots, etc.
**Weight capacity of the top bunk of the bunk bed is 70 lbs. It WILL break if misused.
**Please store wet ski boots under the coat rack.
**Please don’t remove towels from the complex, except to use at the complex hot tubs.
